Coffee walk in West London

It's the end of the winter and the sun is starting to shine (or is it wishful thinking?!), which leads one to start considering the option of organising a walk.
As the veterans of this group will recall, the previous amble&caffeine combination was a big hit, attracting even the most latent Hebrew speakers out there. Carefully selected award-winning coffee shops will provide a shelter, respite, hydration and conversation opportunity.
This time the walk will revolve around West London.
If you have favourite coffee shops or suggestions for the route, that would be great. Otherwise just show up and enjoy.

Walk will leave on time, but you're welcome to join at any point en route, which will be published in advance.

Here's the itinerary:

13:15-13:30 - Meeting outside Bayswater station

13:35 - Walk towards first coffee shop and stop for a short break at 80 West

14:00 - After a refreshing break walk towards next coffee shop - Coffee Plant, which also roasts and sells different blends

14:45 - Walk towards Recipease, which is a Jamie Oliver establishment

15:30 - finally walk towards Westfield for a New Zealand style cafe

I created a map with the itinerary here:
