No Longer The Face of Abuse Domestic Violence Event

**REGISTRATION for this event is at [masked]**

Did you know ~ Domestic violence is the leading cause of injury to women between the ages of 15 and 44 in the United States, more than car accidents, muggings, and rapes combined. ("Violence Against Women, A Majority Staff Report," Committee on the Judiciary, United States Senate, 102nd Congress, October 1992, p.3.)

There are so many women that are unknown victims. They may be someone you know, that you speak to every day, someone you work with, a family member.......Domestic Violence doesn't know a particular color, financial status or look. It can affect anyone. I know because I am a survivor of not only Domestic Violence but rape. I wanted to do this event to bring together women in "ALL" forms, in one place to celebrate ~ the immerse from the dark to beautiful light......

The day will consist of a special speakers, self defense session, survivor swag bags, giveaways, some other goodies & a photo shoot. Your photo shoot will be two different photos ~

One photo will be beautiful YOU now so come prepared to SHINE your freedom! (Wear purple & break out the HIGH HEELS) Please be prepared to send me ONE word that describes your life NOW. The other photo will give you the opportunity to express your feelings THEN through a makeup artist. (Dress as you wish for this photo as it will depict your crime) They will take your words and interpret that art on your face. For this photo you will need to have 4 words to provide to the make up artist.

Whether it is abuse, depression, rape know that you are not alone. Register NOW as the SHOOT will be limited to a 20 SURVIVORS since it is such an intricate photo shoot! Join me and the High Heelers as we stand 4", 6" even 7" high saying......We are no longer VICTIMS but beautiful SURVIVORS!

T-shirts given to the first 20 SURVIVORS to register!

Sheila, I rsvp for this event only as a volunteer to help out. I've not been a victim or survivor therefore I don't think its right to participate, I just want to show my support.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
