Heights Meditation was founded in August 2011 to give Northern Manhattan meditators a "home base" where they can practice meditation. Most people find that meditation is most easy and impactful when practiced regularly with others. Our goals in getting together and supporting each other in this way are simple. We seek to bring clarity, fearlessness, and peace-of-mind into our everyday lives.
Heights Meditation meetings are held every day of the week to help newbies and old-timers deepen their meditation practice. We maintain this Meetup.com website to keep you abreast of our schedule, which occasionally changes at short notice. Please note that meditators attending our meetings often attend several times per week and simply show up at meetings without bothering to RSVP here.
