Musical Get-Together

Come to a friendly get-together to play music, sing, drum, and learn. Musicians, singers, professionals, amateurs, beginners, all musical levels and all kinds of instruments welcome.

Enjoy playing music and singing with other members, meet friendly people, teach if you can, and get inspired by others. Every meeting is a different combination!

All musical levels, including beginners, are welcome, so long as you enjoy it! If you have any of these, bring them... extra instruments, music and lyrics others can join in on, CDs we can play along with.

I have an 88-key Alesis keyboard I can set up (it's like a piano) for anyone who wants to play it.

If you RSVP "Yes", leave a comment what instrument(s) you will bring, just so everyone has an idea.

This was the best meetup we've had in a while. Thanks Masoud for hosting. I'll bring chord copies for everyone for while my guitar gently weeps and don't make your babies grow up to be cowboys next time.

Yeah, it was great fun. If I can find the chord charts, I'll try uploading a few songs. Massoud, thanks for opening your home to us for music.

I agree. It was fun. Thank you Massoud. Also agree playlist in advance is helpful. It will save Massoud a lot of printer ink if we build a chord/lyric library under More>Files and bring our own copies. Don't forget Jan posted some sonsgs there. Bring your vocalists again!

Having a playlist really helps. And thanks so much for printing out the music sheets. Really enjoyed making music with everyone. And that was the first time I winged blues. We need to do that again!
