HexLab Makerspace is one of the largest makerspace in Los Angeles. We offer the community access to creative technologies such as 3D printers, laser cutters and 3D scanners. We’re also the first and only makerspace in the San Fernando Valley.Hexlab’s mission is to provide makers, students, and inventors access to emerging technologies and a place where the community can come together.
What is a makerspace? A makerspace is a community-based workspace where people with common interests in fields such as computers, industrial design, crafts, art and science, can meet and collaborate.
We also offer classes in a large variety of subject matters from working with Arduino to 3-D modeling. We offer access to all the equipment needed to learn and create whatever you dream up. Additional lab 'open hours' will be added in the future. Free classes will be offered in celebration of Hexlab Makerspace’s opening. Please go to the HexLab website for more information.
