Water Kefir making potluck time! How fun is that!!! Kefir is a probiotic beverage made with kefir grains that is excellent source to nourish the body.
What to bring
1. Quart jar or bigger to make your water kefir: 3 inch opening is best. Needs to be glass. Mason’s canning jars is what I use
2. ½ Organic Sugar (no stevia or honey): organic white sugar (evaporated cane crystals) is best to start with unless you use sugars like Organic Whole Cane Sugar (Rapunzel), Rapadura or Sucanat feel free to bring that. If you only have
nonOrganic sugar then feel free to bring that.
3. Spring Water: enough to fill your jar
4. Your beautiful self! ;o)
