I guide these groups as a resource and as a means to have structure to the group, though it is a discussion for all of us to engage in. I can not put enough emphasis on how valuable and essential it is for HSPs to meet together. We get to see that we are "normal" in a group setting, which can be rare ;)
Though it is supportive, it's not a support group. Though it may be therapeutic, it's not a therapy group.
It is a safe and beautiful space for HSPs to gather, connect, and discuss how we can thrive...as well as enjoy thriving together.
The meeting is a hour and a half.

We are meeting in the group room of my retreat-like office space, at the corner of Waverly Place and West 11th in the West Village, attached to the right of St. John's. It is just off 7th Ave. and Greenwich Ave., those are the easiest roads to follow from the subway as things start getting twisty in this part of The West Village. To the right of the "St. John's in The Village" sign there is a gate with a buzzer, buzz #1. Walk straight back to the door at the end of the path, buzz #1 again. Walk ALL THE WAY up the stairs to the top floor and you will see the door to the right open and welcoming you in.
Conveniently located near the A, C, E, L and 1, 2, 3 subway line stops. The PATH train stop is also nearby.
