Guided snowshoe hike along the Laurentian Divide

Join the LLC Chapter as they snowshoe from the CR-39 trailhead south along the Laurentian Divide to the State Hwy 113 trailhead. Meet at the CR-39 trailhead at 1pm.

Note: a ride back to the cars at the starting point will be provided.  This is a relatively long snowshoe hike (4 miles) but it would be possible for people to do a shorter, out and back snowshoe trip if they wished.

We arrived too late to join the group, but decided to hike in from the end, and broke trail to meet them. They were happy as it had been a very challenging snowshoe hike, especially for those breaking trail, but it was a beautiful day in the woods.

Keep me informed of future gatherings. I don't snowshoe but do x country ski. Or just walk!

Diane - this snowshoe hike is more difficult because of the length and also because of distance. It will be; however, possible to go out as far as you want to go and then hike back to your car at the CR-39 trailhead.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
