I've been off the wagon with running for far to long, and need to start back at it again. With Spring on the horizon and the weather and daylight perking up again, Clay and I will go for runs on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
Nature and fitness unite! We are a dynamic group of hikers interested in hiking for exercise, fresh air, and fabulous scenery. We go most every weekend averaging 8-20kms per hike, either one big hike or loops of smaller treks, which are at a moderate to fast pace with a trail-running option as well. We occasionally travel up island for day trips, some overnight camping trips, cycling trips, etc. We are always open to trying new things, such as climbing, sky-diving, caving, snowshoeing, skiing, etc. when it comes to being active outside. Unless otherwise posted on a specific trip, dogs are always welcome! If you're up for the challenge, lets meet up!
