Purpose: This hike is designed for all hikers who desire to walk 5 miles non-stop with a moderate to fast pace and get to experience Nashville downtown, music city center, and bicentennial park. The hike involves steep climbing using around hundred steps near State Capitol.
Parking lot of Thai Phooket-State Court house -Bicentennial Mall-Bicentennial Mall-state capitol-War memorial-Church street-4th,5th,6th Avenue, Music City Center, Omni Hotel, Schermerhorn Symphony Center,Shelby Avenue Pedestrian Bridge, and back to Thai Phooket
Duration: 1hr 20min to 1hr 40min. Please arrive at least 10 minutes ahead.
Distance: 5 miles

Pace: Moderate to Fast, and steep climbing.
In general, we walk as 2 or more small groups (moderate or fast paced) so that a member can join any of the mini groups based on his/her comfort level.
