Marcus: Much appreciations on your performance at the recent marathon, and for setting a standard for fast hiking in our hiking meet up (HCNS). Both Steve and I strive hard to keep pace with you in our hikes ,and so be aware that without your knowledge, you have become our athletic trainer!
