Hi HIKING YOGIS! Rachel has been asking me to host a hike, especially as she will be going to Mongolia soon. I know this is a little bit last minute, but I just want to put it out there and give us a chance to meet one another in an accessible, casual, convenient kinda way.
A hike in the Land's End area of San Francisco is one of the most refreshing and serene ways to experience the more natural side of The City. Add in yoga and meditation and you've got a day trip to remember...
From the National Park Service website: "At the northwestern corner of San Francisco, there is a series of stunning views at every turn in this wild and windy trail. Hillsides of cypress and wildflowers, views of shipwrecks and access to the ruins of Sutro baths, a San Francisco specials memory."
Join Jesse House - aka the YogaHikeMaster - on a day trip that includes the tranquility of natural surroundings with yoga, meditation, and moments of reflective repose in one of the most scenic urban areas in the entire Bay Area.
As a Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor and Wilderness First Responder, Jesse House is a confident and knowledgeable guide for this very special adventure.
Check out this blog post from the last hike that we did in this area:
WHAT TO BRING: Great vibes, water, snack, sunscreen and appropriate weather and body protection (sunscreen, sweatshirt, windbreaker, hat, comfortable clothing/shoes, etc). Unless there is heavy rain in the forecast, we will still do the hike!
SUGGESTED DONATION: $20
