Lake Twenty Two / Trail 702 / Mountain Loop Hwy

Lake Twenty Two is a beautiful hike with moderate elevation gain. The trail even extends around the entire lake making this one of the most picturesque hikes I have ever done. If you would like more information on this hike, the website is http://www.wta.org/go-hiking/hikes/lake-22

Is anyone driving from the Seattle/West Seattle area who might be able to give me a ride to the P&R? Thanks in advance!

Do you still need a ride? I am in the Central District. Will be traveling up 24th ave to Lake Washington and across 520 bridge is you can met us anywhere along that route?

Thanks for the offer, Suzanne. I decided to sit out this one since I injured my foot last weekend and it hasn't healed as quickly as I'd hoped. Have a great time!

I seem to have damaged my foot. I was hoping it would be better by now, but still in pain so I think I need to take a break from hiking. Hope to make it to your next hike, Bob!

I can provide transportation for three to four (Ford Ranger Ext Cab) may be cramped but nonetheless it will get one to the trailead.

Depending on the group size, I may end up splitting the group in two since we are only allowed 12 to a group.

We could possibly give someone a ride from Seattle, but currently on wait list. Check back to see if I move on from the wait list then get in touch.

One thing I did forget to mention in the description is that the length is 5.4 miles round trip. Also it does not include the loop around the lake, so the total length will be close to 7 miles.
