Wallace Lake/Wallace Falls State Park tour/picnic

Hello Hikers,

It's been awhile since I've been to Wallace lake, or the falls. Let's get re-acquainted with a little tour of Wallace Falls state park. We'll be heading up the Greg Ball trail to the lake, and then coming back down the upper grade trail to the upper falls, down to the middle falls on the Woody trail for a picnic at the benches, and then back down to the trailhead still on the Woody trail.

No dogs on this hike today please.

Getting wet sucks. Bring rain gear. Unless it is raining so much that it's like walking at the bottom of a pool, then I'll make attempts to complete the hike. Challenge your spirit!

Looks like it should be a nice day for the hike. I'll be driving a white Hyundai Sonata. Should be easy to find. I'll be near the entrance of the p&r. till about 8:15. I'll be able to take 3 others.

I am sorry John. I've been called in to work tomorrow. I will have to miss this time. Enjoy the hike.

I have a red mazda 3 but won't be going down to Canyon Park. If anyone wants to meet in Everett, Marysville, or Monroe, let me know. Otherwise I'll just meet up at Wallace Falls. Leslie, if you don't go to Canyon Park I could meet you at the Everett Transit station, but only if you let me know ahead of time. Otherwise I'll head straight out to Gold Bar.

Is anyone besides me coming from the north end that might want to carpool? Or I could meet up in Monroe. It seems silly for me to drive down to Canyon Park when I live north of Hwy 2.
