Soaring Eagle Regional Park has 12 miles of trails through the forest of thick Douglas and Red Alder
trees. It is located on Sammamish Plateau on the west and Snoqualmie Valley on its east. The trails are
shared between the Sammamish saddle club riders, hikers and bikers.

Location: Soaring Eagle Regional Park Main parking lot

Date: July 25th, 2009

Time: 10.00 a.m.

Duration: 2 hours

Length: ~3 miles

Trails to explore: Double D trail, Sleigh Ride trail, Horse trail , Lightening trail, Terror trail, Do Loop trail,
Double D trail.

Parking: 26015 East Main Dr, Sammamish, WA

Parking spots: 10-12 (car-pooling suggested if group is more than 10)

Directions:

From I-90 Exit # 17 Front St. turn left on Front St. continue NE on Front St. Make a right on NW
Sammamish Road then Left at E. Lake Sammamish Parkway SE. Make a right on SE 43rd way and
continue straight on 228th Ave and make a right on SE 8th St as it curves and becomes 244th Ave SE.
Turn right onto East Main Dr and follow to the end. Near the water towers, there is a paved parking lot,
accommodating five horse trailers.
