Bootcamp in Richmond Park

Richmond is one of my favourite places here in the UK, as it is a charming little town surrounded by nature, that provides a lot of opportunities to do activities in open air. I have organised a Bootcamp that is perfect to get active again after the Easter holidays, and to appreciate fresh air and a nice sweat! Read the programme to know more.

PROGRAMME
Sunday 27 April, 12:30am, 2-3 hours in total

The bootcamp will consist of 3 parts:
1) 5.3km run in Richmond Park
2) Functional training session
3) Cool down, stretching, 5,3km walk

Here are the phases of the programme:
a - Meeting point: building called 'The White Cross' (Follow this link for the map); bag check and setup
b - 5,3km run to target position
c - Functional training workout at established point
d - speed walk back to meeting point

Necessary equipment:
- backpack
- 3 t shirts
- 1 pile or 1 sweater
- waterproof jacket - camelback or water bottle
- cap
- work gloves
- wool hat
- snack: dried fruit (raisins, nuts)
- a strong will power!
