My goal is to bring women together to meet other like minded women that are striving to live healthier lives. I offer women's hiking groups at 2 different fitness levels. There are hikes for those at a beginning level and then other hikes for those that are of an intermediate or above level. Separately I organize Yoga in the Outdoors. We meet at various places in our local area. This is open to anyone that would like to try yoga or those that practice regularly. A small organizational fee applies for each event.
Our next 1 hour Hike with 1 hour of Yoga in nature is not set. This will take place in the NW Yorba Linda area. We will hike for about 50 minutes on the Yorba Linda Horse Trails, experience Yoga in a secluded, grassy area among some beautiful Redwood trees. It will then take us about 15 minutes to hike back to our cars. Please plan to bring your yoga mat, a workout type towel, and water. Read more
