Over night camping D'aguilar national park, and hiking: dundas campsite

Wanting to get another overnight camp in before the weather starts to turn cool.

Plus i have just acquired a topographic map of the area....

my idea is that we will camp at Dundas bush camping site in D'aguilar national park, about an hours drive north west of brisbane

http://www.nprsr.qld.gov.au/parks/daguilar/about.html

Camping at the dundas camping site

Dundas camp site is about 2k's from the road and has a water tank (must be treated, it has GIARDIA)

But it is recommended that we bring all our own water

Meet saturday morning at the cafe on the corner of Fernlands rd and Mount nebo rd, Mount nebo, then drive to the start of the track

The plan is we walk in saturday morning, set up our tents and unpack, then we can walk and explore a circuit track of about 8 - 10k's close by

walk out sunday morning, easy,

BRING:
Please bring all your over night gear, tent, sleeping bags, cloths, Shoes, enough water for 2 days, water treatment, Food, lunchs/snacks/dinner
use your common sense.
