This 'run' is about 4-5km, depending on any extensions you may want to do. We start off with a warm up jog up the road to the start of the track, winding its way up stairs, over roots and rocks, continuing up for a couple of kms. If you are still feeling energetic there is a short steepish trail (down then back up) you can tack on at the end of the up. Then the fun bit of racing down!
This is a really nice trail, good for beginners through to more advanced runners wanting a nice early morning warm-up (I am more on the beginner side of things).
Wear good grippy runners as it can get a bit slippy in places.
