Ran the trail today and it was not too bad.A liile wet down by the river but other than that it was pretty nice out there.Skies were a little overcast but all in all nice day.I even spotted a few other trail runners running the lost pond side and they told me it wasnt too bad.I let them know about the trail run sunday.

Kimberly,Ive run that trail in the pouring rain when there was a van full of just kayakers dressed in rubber suits(the kind the surfers wear in cold weather).I had to stay on the upper portions of the trail because the bottom was washed out.I ran into deer on the uppersweathouse lodge part of the trail and they just stared at me like "hey dummy what are you doing up here?"and then they just kept foraging. It was funny!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
