The Jersey Shore is super off-season for a host of reasons. Easy parking, little traffic going and coming, few people (no crowds) on the beach, clean beaches, etc. A sunny day on the beach, even when it's not 80 degrees will change your attitude.

Corson's Inlet State Park is a fun place to walk because of the sand dunes on the beach, sand bars in the water, beautiful views and lack of people. Of course we mostly walk on hard sand near the water.

After hiking for 2-3 hours we'll head over for great italian fare at Piccini. Then we walk the Ocean City Boardwalk for 1-2 hours before heading back between 3-4 pm.

Caution: You should be able to walk 3 hours without much of a break.

To carpool from Hill House meet at 745 am. Each carpooler chips in $12 at the start. Email me 3-4 days in advance and receive a reply.

Could walking, talking and eating get any better then today's weather-perfect beach hike?

Would love to try a weekend hike sometime but I have to work on some pottery which means less time on the road and a hike closer to home! Have a great time!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
