The last trip down the shore during the week was so enjoyable we're going to do it again. Corson's Inlet State Park is one of my favorite places down the shore. Weekends are crowded during the summer, but during the week it's not. We walk the beaches and waters around Corson's Inlet and head to the beaches at the town across the bridge Strathmere. We may even eat lunch in Strathmere on the walk.
We meet in the large parking lot at Corson's Inlet at 945am. See the green arrow on map. We'll walk on the beach for 1-3 hours, go in the water, eat lunch. I don't know if we will have time to hit the boardwalk in Ocean City. Total distance 7-10 miles. We'll head back to Philly around 3pm.
Caution: You should be able to walk 3 hours without much of a break. You should have recently hiked 7 miles in conditions detailed above.
To carpool from Hill House meet at 730 am. Each carpooler chips in $12 at the start. Email me 3-4 days in advance and receive a reply.

We had a wonderful day. We hiked along the beach with our toes in the water. After a nice lunch, there was soft servce ice cream on the boardwalk of Ocean City. The people I met and the conversation was friendly. It was a great experience and I thank Sidney!!
