Welcome to the OCHBC, John! Come by one of our Turtle Rock A.M. Anti-Gym Conditioning Hikes in Irvine (click on the calendar link- they come in two flavors: moderate and hardcore). TR is a great place to get into hiking shape and it's right around the corner. See you on the trail!
