hi, do all the different meetings of the celtic group mean that its all for the same group?
Kirk! How are you. I haven't seen or heard much of you lately at the meetup group or online. Just wondering how you've been. Talk to you soon.
Hi Kirk, first person Ive heard of singing "the Galway girl" besides meself!! I took a walk along the salthill boardwalk too! song was all the rage when I was home last year ,( tho its been out a few years) especially in the pubs in Galway visiting my brother ! He lives in " the fields of athenry" another beautiful song.
hope to hear you sing soon!
I left at that time. Never saw Chris and Craig hasn't bothered to post a photo so I wouldn't have known him either way. If they were there when I was it really would have been great if they could have checked in with the hostess in order to find members of the group. Glad you guys had a good time.
Kirk,
Irish (mostly) on my Father's side and Scot-Irish on my mother's. Seems about time that I learned a little of the mother tongue. Can you send me information about the language group? Thank you.
Hi Kirk. I thought my ancestry was Scottish until recently discovered about 100 years of Irish heritage. Wish I had known when I made my trip to Scotland. Would love to attend your meetup October 9. Is it open to anyone with an interest in all things Celtic?
how musch does it cost to get in? :-) W
Kirk,
I kept looking around to see if I could spot a sign or some indication of a group. This is frequently a problem when you have a meet up group with new individuals coming.
Craig
Good man!
