This time we'll be at Jackie's house, which is down Cave Creek Rd, just a few miles shy (West) of the Blanco County line.
Jerry will be showing his DVD Sheltering in Place, which discusses how to prepare your house for protection from an NBC event (Nuclear/Biological/Chemical). This training video is only about an hour long. So far we've had word from several folks who plan to be there (most without internet).
Jackie has a large living room and a really nice large-screen TV so it should be a treat.
Note that between Jerry and myself, we have literally hundreds of similar "preparedness" videos, as well as others which describe the New World Order and other such things which are critical to know about in a survival situation. We could do this more frequently, but unless y'all who live there in town can come up with a place suitable for a good number of people to sit and which also has a big-screen to view it on, then we're pretty much stuck with utilizing either Jackie's place or my place. This is not so much of a problem with either me or Jackie as it is being the fact that we're 15mi (Jackie) and 20mi (Me) away from Fredericksburg, which makes it a tad tricky for some city-dwellers to manage. There is of course the option for y'all Fredericksburgers to come up with a carpooling plan for future setups like this though. I'll leave that entirely up to y'all to solve that problem.
Maybe that's an excellent topic for y'all to discuss at tomorrow's get-together??
I'll try to be there if my circumstance allows (having a tooth pulled tomorrow!
PS: Since the following Thursday will be Christmas Day, we'll be skipping a week and then meeting on Thursday, January 1st at a location "to be determined". If y'all want to watch yet another video, then we can once again schedule it for either Jackie's house or my house (something else for y'all to discuss tomorrow).
Keep the Faith my Friends,
Ed
