Lets get together and run, motivate and inspire one another to become a better person and athlete. We will be running trails and speed work around the track. This is a great way to train for your next 10K, half, full, ultra marathon! Whether your race is on trail or road! Your knees will love you for it! Plus, running on trails gives you an awesome workout!
