Welcome to MOPS - a place to find friendship, community, resources and support for you as a woman and mother so you're not alone.

MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers. We are a Christian based program for mothers of all ages, lifestyles, and backgrounds who are currently expecting or parenting children from infancy through kindergarten. At MOPS you can expect to receive encouragement and inspiration from other moms as you journey toward being the best mom you can be!

We have a $65 registration fee each semester(Sep-Dec and Jan-May) which includes childcare, craft supplies, speakers, MOPS International membership/magazines, and a book from MOPS International.

Our MOPS year runs from September to May with meetings held the 1st and 3rd Thursday morning of each month, with additional activities in between. We meet at Hillside Covenant Church, 2060 Magnolia Avenue in Walnut Creek. Childcare drop-off begins at 9:00 am and our meetings begin at 9:15 am and end at 11:15 am.

Our meetings include breakfast and then rotate between speakers, crafts, and activities. Childcare is provided in our MOPPETS program just down the hall for ages 3 months to 5 years.

During the year we also have monthly play dates, mom night out, clothing/gear swaps, fashion show/silent auction, costume party, spring party, and a Christmas party.

Thank you for visiting! Feel free to email us with any questions.

Prior to accepting you into this meetup group we ask that you attend one of our meetings.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
