The proposed Developer has at least five years of development experience. Attach the Developer’s resume. The proposed Developer has developed at least three web-based applications with SQL database backend. For three such applications, attach a document stating: • Client Name/Development Project Name • Start and End dates of development • Project Scope including development complexity (100 words or fewer) • Development Cost • Methodology used (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.) No Creminal Record It is desirable that the Developer be: 1) MS Certified Professional Developer, 2) MS Office Specialist and 3) MS Certified Technology Specialist. Provide a list of the Developer’s certifications. The Clients plans to deploy 400 workstations per week using the developed Logistics System. Please describe any projects that the Developer has worked on that are comparable to this WOI Upgrade Project (comparable in type, size, rolling development).
