This meditation technique does not require breath control. Breathing exercises involve the motor currents, which control our involuntary bodily functions, such as digestion, blood circulation, and the growth of hair and nails. The Masters of Sant Mat do not interfere with these. Instead, they ask us to concentrate our attention by withdrawing our sensory currents of sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell to the third or single eye. We have Veggie Fest every year on 2nd Weekend of August at the grounds of Science of Spirituality Meditation Center in Naperville, IL. This year it will be on 9th and 10th August. We have regular program in Hoffman Estates on 3rd Friday of the month at Willow Recreation Center, 3600 Lexington Drive, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169. It is from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm. We sit together to Meditate, Discuss, Read and watch Video followed by light snacks.
Also we have regular program in Schaumber Area on 1st Wednesday of every month at Schaumberg Library, 130 S Roselle road, Schaumberg IL from 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm. We Sit together to Meditate, Read and Watch Video.
