Meditation for the Eyes

  • Mar 5, 2014 · 5:30 PM
  • Integral Eyesight Improvement Office

Vision is 90% mental and 10% physical. Meditation for the Eyes uses Bates Method practices and guided visualizations to improve your memory, imagination and visualization skills. The first 10 minutes include introductions and instructions of how to palm the eyes during meditation. The next 15 minutes include various guided visualizations to bring more clarity and focus to the mind. The final 5 minutes include time for sharing and questions.

I cannot attend on WED'S, at this time.
If you do anything else, another day --- another time, I would really love to attend!
    Sincerely, Paula

Tomorrow's meditation will include a full spectrum visualization. We'll be exploring our own visual systems using different colors. It's going to be a good one :)
