Holistic Counseling and Coaching is different than traditional talk therapy because it encompasses body mind and spirit as a whole. Too often we take our overwhelmed feelings and stuff & store them in our bodies, clutter our minds with chatter and ignore & shut out our spirits. As a group we will create a safe and supportive space to explore, identify and overcome that which prevents achievement and success in all areas of life.

Depression, anxiety and overall stress are often directly related to our fears of failure, change and the unknown; lies we tell ourselves "that we can't do better, can't be happier, can't, can't, can't". So we stay in dissatisfying careers, unhealthy relationships, we deny ourselves new opportunities, we sit in boredom and sometimes even choose to complain or blame rather then take a chance on doing something different; transforming dreams and desires into reality and into a meaningful and joyful life.

The purpose of these groups will be to support change and growth so that the life you live, the life you share with others, is one of tranquility, laughter, freedom, fulfillment and love!

Group activities involve self-exploration, visualization, intuitive writing, creative expression, healing touch and energy work, chakra balancing, ritual and color therapy.

10% of fees will be allocated to a scholarship fund for those needing financial assistance.
