Allergies and Food Sensitivities {FREE}

UNDERLYING IMBALANCES can lead to a variety of allergy and food sensitivities.  These are becoming more and more common in the modern day.

In this enlightening workshop, we will cover common conditions leading to food allergies and sensitivities, the imbalances in the body that contribute to food allergies, and recognizing the signs and symptoms.

NOW is the time to take control of your health and learn steps to work towards balance in the body!

This workshop is for you if:

- you have recently been diagnosed with food allergies or sensitivities and would like to make more sense of them and aren't sure which foods to eat

- you suspect a food allergy or sensitivity but aren't sure which are the best tools to use (i.e. - blood test, scratch test, etc.)

- you have removed many foods from your diet, but symptoms continue

- your children have allergies and/or food sensitivities and you would like to take a proactive role in their health care.

Bring your burning questions, experiences and thoughts about this topic!  Looking forward to seeing you there!

    I learned so much I'm glad there was a handout to take home to help remember everything. Thanks Ashley for all the work you put into it! And thanks to everyone for sharing their own helpful advice.

    Very informative. I left with several new ideas to pursue. Quite glad I attended.

    I don't have allergies or food sensitivities that I'm aware of. I did once briefly because of stress but it quickly returned to normal. So, no need to come to this one.

    Ooh, interesting... but I'll be in class. Maybe I'll catch another one.
