6:30 - 7:00 Professional Development Topic: The Courage to Write with Sharon Elizabeth Wood, Creative Writing Consultant.

7:00 - 7:30 Member readings and open discussion

    I would pitch in to support others in the group but since Harry, Hugh, and Tamara already have a table from Peak City, I don't know it's worth it. Anyone else have a different opinion?

    Sorry for the confusion. I put a hold on the table at the book festival. The table for our group is $200. And Hugh, Tamara, and I will be provided tables by Peak City. So I'm not sure the cost is worth it for the others. But please chime in. Time is short.

      Who do you have so far on the list? I'd said previously that I would pitch in the $21-$22. I don't have anything to sell but I'll volunteer some time at the booth as well.

      So far, we have Hugh generously committing to pay the first $50. Everyone else will be splitting the remaining $85 among us. Tamara, Harry and I are the ones who have committed so far. It would be great to have another person or two.

    Hi everyone,
    A few of us expressed interest in having a table at the Peak City Book Festival. As the Holly Springs Writers Guild, it looks like we can get a bronze level sponsorship, including a display table, for $135. I'm willing to shoulder a bit more of the cost ($50). Anyone else still interested? Of course, the more who commit, the smaller the cost. Katie, is it kosher for a few of us to "represent' the group?
