Hello Los Angeles, and welcome to Satsang Power Yoga.

This group is a forum for radiance; a core group of positive people who believe in physical power, mental clarity, and spiritual bliss. Through careful and diligent practice on our mat, we carry these virtues into our lives beyond our mat. Satsang means "truth company", and it is my belief that, through practicing yoga, not only do you surround yourself with others striving for light, but you embrace and awaken your own personal truth, both physically and spiritually.

Weekly classes span from beginners' level intro courses in the North Hollywood Park, to intermediate and advanced cardio sweat sessions on the Malibu Pier, to moonlit yoga hikes under the canopy of the stars and trees. It is my belief that you do not need the latest equipment, the trendiest yoga pants, or the bank account of a millionaire to feel confident in your own ability as a human being, for you have much to offer the world.

The suggested donation of $10-20 per person per class helps me cover the costs associated with music, gas, and basic human necessities, so that I am able to devote more time to teaching and to sharing my love of yoga with you and with our community. I like to believe that people are inherently generous, and generosity manifests itself in action more than in dollars. Support those causes which you hold dear to your existence.

This group is perfect for anyone who seeks to practice yoga in an open, challenging environment, regardless of experience, age, or income.
