DIRECT SELLING PLANNING COMMITTEE

Dear Direct Selling Heroes!

Would you like to be recognized as being the Real Heroes that helped put our communities back to work? Then take a leadership role in setting the foundation for direct selling companies to be recognized throughout the world as a way to earn extra income.

We are seeking a few dedicated Heroes to join us in planning a New Year Annual Dinner for Direct Sellers, Party Planners & MLM Companies. We also need assistance in planning monthly workshops for communities interested in starting a Home-Based Business.

The Direct Selling Planning Committee will have an opportunity to shine and be recognized at all events.  We are looking for Heroes that can meetup on video conferences once a week for an hour and dedicate 1 to 2 hours per day working on task to complete leadership roles.

We will use an 18 month event planning timeline to plan for the yearly events.  Because 18 months is a long time to make a commitment, I will post tasks that need to be completed  on the meetup website.  All tasks will be seen on this website so everyone can pitch in and help.

Synergy is my energy!!!  IF YOU SEE A TASK THAT YOU CAN COMPLETE, IT'S YOURS FOR HOW EVER LONG YOU CAN HELP.

ARE YOU READY TO BE A COMMUNITY HERO?

Eligibility:

*Open to anyone who wants to join the movement in starting their own Home-Based Business.

*Participants don't have to already have a business, just a positive attitude

*Internet access/video cam for weekly updates meetings.

BELOW IS A LIST OF TASKS TO BE COMPLETED

If you can help out with any of the tasks, email me your Name, phone number, email and the number next to the task.

Post your progress and concerns below along with the numbered task, so everyone can be updated with the progress.  PLEASE TRY TO WORK ON YOUR TASK AND COMPLETE IT IN A WEEK.

The video conference was not good. We ended up calling each other on three way and really making same good decisions.

Sorry some don't want to celebrate the first annual dinner with direct sellers. This event will be for people in the business but open to the public. Not everyone will want to party I agree. I am only seek 60 to 250 people who are. If you both want to join the committee for the other 11 months of the planning committee you're more than welcomed. Each month we will have a workshop and would love you input. These next few weeks I will be dedicated to planning this dinner and dance event and seeking a committee to help with that planning. This will be the biggest and hardest event of the year and I don't have much time to pull a team together. Please join us at our workshop planning committee. Thank you for your time

Rita, I agree with Robin that we should try and meet to discuss this in person to hash out ideas and brainstorm before you commit such a large deposit. Any way of pulling together a meeting of some sort?

I am in the process of planning a similar event here in the Central Valley, entitled The Road to Entrepreneurship. I am working inconjunction with the Chamber to promote small business opportunities. I think it is also important to contact members from the Cities that we intend to take this to, because cities have information, incentives and requirements for home-based businesses. I think a tax partner is also important to promote the tax benefits of being self-employed. I am encompassing all of the above in my event to help offset costs.

Hi Renee, I have a video conference scheduled for 11/03/12. You can meet me at my home, but that is so far to drive. Do you have access to a video cam? Let me know if you would rather meet face to face.

Rita, thanks for taking the initiative to get this going. Anyone who is serious about growing their business need to see this as a great opportunity. My husband and I are definitely in! I will email you my info. This is very exciting.

Thanks. I hope we have enough time to have a 2013 dinner party. I need all the support I can get to pull this event off in such a short time. 2014 will be a breeze if we can make this one happen.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
