More advanced cheese have equipment requirements Brie a cave- fridge set to 50-55 will be required Cheddar a press will be required as well Other hard cheeses not limited to Camembert, Gruyere (Swizz) , Romano , Parmesan, Colby, Gouda, Romano, and Blue.
