Hello friends!

Please disregard our previous notices -- we've had to make an additional change in plans due to the busy holiday weekend!

This months meetup will be a family picnic. Feel free to bring kids, partners, parents, grandparents, friends, and anyone who is interested in talking about birth and meeting like minded folks!

We're hosting a cookout with hot dogs, veggie dogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers, and drinks provided. Please feel free to bring a side dish, dessert, or dazzle us with your own personal specialty.

We've rented a shelter with a nearby playground, and will have a donation jar setup to help cover rental costs. We look forward to seeing everyone and getting our families together to meet and talk!

Peace, Love, & Homebirth,

Angy, Tara, and Morgan

PS. Directions to Meadowood Parke are as follows:
Take I-64 west from Charleston, exit at Institute and turn west onto Route 25. Take Rt. 25 to light, turn left onto the St. Albans Bridge. Continue straight after going over bridge and turn right onto 6th Street. Follow 6th Street until you reach West Main and turn right over bridge. Continue until the Fire Department and turn left onto Coal River Road. Go several miles, pass through Tornado and turn left onto Smith Road, crossing over Coal River. The Park is on the left after you cross the bridge.

Baby Dehlia Colette Ellis was born this day - sorry I missed everyone! Maybe you'll all be able to meet her soon... Mom (Kathryn) and baby are doing well.

Birthday and graduation parties conflict with the picnic... I am sad we won't be able to make it! HOPEFULLY before baby comes I'll be able to attend a meeting. Have a great time!
