5 Rhythms® is freestyle dance where we use movement as a meditation practice. I'll guide you through the rhythms, that come together in a 'wave' of different energies & music. It's a great way to enhance your sense of well-being, increase self-awareness and have fun too!! It's a great class for people who 'think' they can't dance, like to move, maybe stressed or 'stuck', want to meditate, or just want to try something new. I'm passionate about my practice both as a student & teacher!!
