This is our standing get together on the last Tuesday of every month to roast our scripts and our food.
Like in a book club, we choose an established, well-written script as well as bring along pages from ones we are working on (if any) for discussion.
Reading well-written scripts is a great way to get in the writing groove and will help when we can hopefully schedule some workshops.
For this ScriptClub, I suggest we read (beforehand) and discuss THE SOCIAL NETWORK?
Scroll down on this website to the movie name, then click the title and read away:
Then on the night, we can discuss, question, learn from, and generally talk about this script as well as get feedback on our own pages.
THE SMALL PRINT: To book the private room, we need at least 6 confirmed (who will be dining, i.e. PAYING). Otherwise, we'll be in the main dining area and they say they only give us 1.5 hours from when we start eating.
I've put down 7 p.m., but we have the room from 6:30 - 11:30, so come when you can.
See you all there!
