Come join our SLOW WALKIN PACE or come train with us to walk better with using Nordic Walking / Trekking skills? We wish to be a social gathering for anyone who are always left behind in other Hiking Groups &/or have had recovering joint pains & wish to re-start hiking slowly building certain muscles.
Training of Nordic Walking starts with slower walking on flat paved trails without steps on Sundays. Subsequent hikes will give you skills to handle steps, unpaved paths & walking over rocks & to cross streams.
