For those of you that attended the Thanksgiving Dinner, we've decided to do it again! Well not a Thanksgiving Dinner, but a food and wine dinner! This time, in the spirit of Valentine's day, we are doing an Aphrodisiac Dinner! For those of you who don't know, "aphrodisiacs" are things that are believed to increase sexual desire. The name comes from Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of sensuality and love. Every dish served will have aphrodisiac ingredients, and in case you didn't know, wine is an aphrodisiac, so there will be plenty of that to go around. Here are the rest of the details:

Full buffet style meal (provided by a good friend of ours)

• Starter: Truffled Soft Boiled Egg And Sweet Potato Mash (veg)
  
• Starter: Prawn Ceviche With Avocado And Popcorn
  
• Main: Ddeok (a type of Korean rice cake) And Grilled Asparagus With Arugula Almond Chili Pesto (veg)
  
• Main: Garlic Ginger Pork Ribs Slow Braised With Red Miso And Honey Glaze (Served With Taro, Steamed Veggies And Sticky Rice)
  
• Dessert: Basil Panna Cotta With Pine Nuts (veg)
  

4 unlimited wines (bottles will be on each table like we did at the Thanksgiving Event)

• Vega Passion blend, Spain
  
• Bodega Norton Malbec, Argentina
  
• Bouquet Cabernet Sauvignon, Australia
  

Information will be provided about the wines and the aphrodisiac ingredients for all courses
