Hi Tom, Norie signified interest joining the dive on January. I am pasting her concerns: Hi, I'd love to join! But I don't have a dive buddy, tanks, weights nor even car. I also need to have my octopus fixed. I can probably buy weights by the date, but not car. I'll try to find someone having a car who'd come with me though I've just moved to Hawaii and don't know so many people here.. or I'll rent a car or I'll take a bus. I guess I can rent tanks too? Do I need a car to rent tanks?

Thanks for the info Tom but I already check out NOAA before diving. It's just that I had some friends from CA last month who have never been diving here and wanted to go to Electric Beach. I went reluctantly. Most of my 500+ dives have been from a boat. I'm quite a spoiled lazy diver.
