Laughter Yoga for Health, Stress Relief and Fun!

Do you remember how it feels to just laugh for no reason? To feel fully alive, playful and joyful? To let go of your worries and concerns and just enjoy yourself?

Join us to laugh, play, stretch, meet new people and have fun. You are likely to leave energized, refreshed and relaxed and may even get a new, more lighter perspective on your life.

Laughter Yoga is a gentle exercise suitable for all ages and all fitness levels. We do not do any yoga poses! we use laughter as exercise. The laughter is not based on humor, but on childlike, playful and improvisational games.

We meet on the Magic Island, on the cliffs looking in the sunset direction just past the beach. Look for the sign "Laughter in the Park". Bring a towel or a blanket to lay down on at the end for final "laughter meditation" and relaxation. Please be on time for a short introduction to laughter yoga.
