Laughter is the Best Medicine: Why You Want to Laugh More

Ever heard that laughter is the best medicine? Laughter is one of the best stress-relievers, and has been shown to improve a variety of health conditions. Hearty laughter releases feel-good endorphins – natural substances that make us feel good and happy. It is also a great way to connect with other people and bring more positive energy into your life. Laughter is free, fun and has no side effects.
In this session you will learn about recent medical research on the benefits of laughter. You will also try some improvisational laughter activities and learn how to laugh without jokes or humor. You are likely to leave more relaxed, refreshed and have a lighter outlook on life. You will also get a few ideas for bringing more laughter into your life. Regular laughter can truly transform your life.

I will be giving this FREE talk at the Happiness University.

The talk is today. You need to RSVP with the Happiness University, by following the link in the message, not here. (I am guessing they will let you in even without RSVP)

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
