Plan to join my other group, The Documentary and Inspiring Films Social Club for this wonderful film and group discussion.

This is a documentary that although has a strong Christian foundation, I feel is applicable to people of all traditions. Taking the time each day to be still, to reflect and to even meditate is not always easy. This is a film that helps remind us of the value we bring to our lives and the lives of others by simply learning to be present, attentive and still.
