BUTI YOGA SUNDAY

BUTI is a high-intensity program that fuses yoga, tribal dance and plyometrics.

Our program goes beyond the workout, inspiring its students to adopt the BUTI lifestyle through self love, good nutrition, positive thoughts and freedom of self expression.

Many students attest to their mind and body feeling transformed in just one class. We refer to this as “BUTI bliss.” This transformation leads clientele to adopt healthier more confident lifestyles, while sculpiting their most desired body.

CLASS DESCRIPTION

We turn the lights off, and watch these amazing women let loose and embrace a side of themselves that initially shocks them - their husbands too. A true physical freedom. BUTI evaporates competition among women. It allows women to free themselves of inhibitions, strengthen not only the physical body, but a woman's inner strength and acceptance. To feel free, to let your hips and your hair move to bass beats of your favorite songs, to be more limber and lean than most can find in a fusion fitness class any other way - it all creates the ability to embrace the very best parts of ourselves.
