House Concerts and Small Venue Live music

House concerts and small venues are a great way to experience your favorite musicians in a more intimate and informal way. At a house concert there is no bad seat, because you are all just sitting in the living room while the musician plays just feet from you. Intermission usually includes chatting to the musician about what inspires them or why they wrote a particular song. There is usually shared food and a great opportunity to meet your fellow concert goers. Unlike big venues you really get to experience the music, to taste it and feel it as well as hear it. I started this group because I want everyone to know about the wonderful small concerts happening around Seattle and make friends who are as excited about it as I am.
