This is what we want to do:



Secure Locations for Real-Life Swap Events - Clothes Swap Parties & Community Exchange Events



Members can Host swaps at home or another location. We are looking for local businesses to host swap events also....and we may try to rent out venues as well if we come up with ways to pay for that.



We may get some vendors (to help pay for the rent). Have crafters, indie designers and artists set up shop and offer some great OOAK stuff.



Pull together as many people as possible who have some good stuff to swap. The more the better!



Have Fun. Meet new people. Get new stuff. Get rid of stuff you don't need. Party!



Leftover items go to charity.



Maybe - we can do some charity fundraising or a food drive or something as well - it's good for you!



Make it a regular thing.

So we have put up a web site to help organize all this - got some friends to commit (some help / some stuff...) and we are trying to recruit members, vendors, givers, getters....
