ACCOMMODATIONS: 1 male (12person) and 3 female dormitories (12 person and two 4-person) have been reserved. Each dormitory consists of bunk beds. If one of the dormitories does not get filled then it may become co-ed. This event is co-posted with the CA group and so spots are being allocated and ~split between the two groups.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO STAY SATURDAY NIGHT ALSO! THAT WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL $50.

Meals will be as follows:
Weds - Arrival - dinner off the menu items $14 or less
Thursday-Saturday, Breakfast buffet 7-8am, packed trail lunch togo, dinner off the menu items $14 or less, (Its a $4 up charge if anyone wants the beef or fish item)
Saturday or Sunday Departure will have just Breakfast, and Lunch included.
COSTS: Because there will be +32 of us, the resort requires we get on their meal plan. The rate for dormitories, the per person rate will be $50 per night. $50 includes dorm lodging plus 3 meals from the cafe, at a limited option of course, dinner entrees $16 or higher can be purchased by paying a $4 up charge. So for the three days you need to pay $154.79 If paying by paypal or $150 if mailing check to me.
