If you have your own kayak bring it. For those who do not own kayaks and would like to rent one please click the link above for rental and payment information. Rentals are provided by Bayou City Adventures. The link has information on the location where we will be meeting. There is also information on what to expect when kayaking and what to bring with you on the trip other than your craft beer.

We will be putting our kayaks in at the Sabine St. launch and paddling upstream to Waugh Bridge. Once we get there we can sit, drink, and watch the bats fly out of the bridge at sunset. Then we will paddle back to Sabine St. where everyone is parked so there is no need for shuttling. The parking is FREE at Lot H.

I have paddled this route before in the evening. It is a lot of fun and if you want some facts about the bats I can provide that information as well. On the way back it will be dark and you will get a view of the Houston Skyline from the bayou.

One of the best events yet. Mix of kayaking and craft beer was great combination. Also the bats at sunset was an interesting event to include.

Due to a busy weekend. The rental company will not be taking reservations for rentals after 1159 pm tonight. We need to know asap to make sure we have everything ready.

I had an email for April 11 ...but after I RSVPed it said April 25. We have Relay for Life April 25 but would make this event if I could've! What fun, enjoy!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
